In our experience the complexity and capability of Procurement is rarely understood by those who are not directly involved in the process, and often it is not fully understood by those who do not practice it as a full time occupation. We offer tailored training that includes a high level overview designed specifically for senior management - to enable them to fully understand the importance of getting Procurement right, and the dangers and impacts of getting it wrong - through complex tendering for practitioners to basic training for beginners.

We have an expanding portfolio of training courses available for immediate use but will always work with you to ensure that your local procedure rules are incorporated and adhered too.
Our current portfolio includes:
Level 1 - E-learning Procurement Module
The Level 1 training is suitable for news starters to your organisation, for personnel becoming involved in procurement for the first time and those needing a refresher; it is focused upon low value contracts/purchases. This e-learning package can be tailored to your needs
Level 2 - Half Day Procurement Training
This course is designed for those who need an understanding of the fundamentals of doing procurement. It is primarily focused on lower value procurements that do not require a full EU process but constitute more than simple buying e.g. using a quotation process.
The Level 2 course is run over half a day (3.5hrs), the course objectives are:
- To give the delegate a better understanding of the procurement process
- To broaden delegates' views of what procurement entails
- To ensure delegates are aware of rules and regulations in relation to procurement
- To equip delegates to undertake a basic procurement process including Request for Quotations and simple Tenders
Level 3 - Full Day Procurement Training
The Level 3 course is a full day of training. It is designed for those who engage in complex or high value tendering or whose role has a significant procurement element. The course objectives are:
- To give delegates a better understanding of the procurement process
- To broaden delegates' views of what procurement entails
- To ensure delegates are aware of rules and regulations in relation to procurement with specific reference to higher value more complex procurement
- To equip delegates to undertake a complex procurement process.
Contract Management - Half day training course
This course is suitable for officers who regularly engage in contract management activities and those who engage in contract management as part of a wider team. The course objectives are:
- To give delegates a better understanding of Contract Management
- To broaden delegates' views of what Contract Management entails
- To ensure delegates appreciate the importance of pro-active Contract Management.
Sustainability - half day training course
This course is aimed at delegates who undertake any form of procurement within their role. The course objectives are:
- To give delegates a better understanding of sustainable procurement - the 'Triple Bottom Line' concept of People (Social), Planet (Environment), Profit (Economic):

- To broaden delegates' views of what sustainable procurement entails and the role it plays in the procurement process
- To ensure delegates are aware of the rules and regulations in relation to sustainable procurement
- To ensure delegates know where or from whom they can obtain guidance and help on sustainable procurement from within your organisation and other external bodies.
