Spend Analysis

The purpose of the spend analysis is to identify areas of spend within your Public Sector Body that indicate the potential for efficiencies, and then to drive into these to identify specific actions to be taken. Financial data from your ledger is used for analysis and investigation. As a result we will be able to make recommendations to establish a platform for 'Smarter Procurement' working within your organisation.

The outcome of the spend analysis forms the basis of a pro-active procurement plan targeting those areas of business that will have a significant impact on spend and transactions within your organisation. As part of this plan we will propose a way forward including a variety of solutions to improve efficiencies that are both cashable and non-cashable.

Annual/Forward Procurement Plan

Following the spend analysis NPG are able to look at the existing contracts you have in place and also look at consolidating your spend as highlighted through the spend analysis. The plan would help outline your future procurements.

Contracts Register

This would include a detailed and comprehensive database or register of contracts that currently exist within your organisation that can then be easily updated and reviewed by you on a regular basis. The contracts register will list the areas of spend that could be viewable to the public.
